Jarlath Pratt, a partner in Dechert’s London office, advises sponsors, sovereign wealth funds and pension funds on complex investments, private equity and infrastructure matters. With over 20 years’ experience in private practice and senior in-house roles, he previously served as Vice President at a global financial institution and later became the Managing Director, leading EMEA legal and compliance at a major institutional investor. He has co-chaired the European Private Equity M&A Forum and contributed to the International Forum of Sovereign Wealth Funds. His work has earned recognition from The Legal 500, Legal Business, The Lawyer and the M&A Advisor.
