01. When will I receive confirmation of my place?
Confirmations will be sent to those that have successfully secured a space, in the week commencing 13 January.
02. When will the agenda be published?
An outline agenda will be available in January. Attendees will receive the full agenda the week prior to the event.
03. What is the registration process for service providers?
Service providers may attend on an invitation-only basis. Please register your request to attend by emailing us: fundscongress@dechert.com. We will advise you in January if your request has been successful and we can offer you a place.
04. How do I get to the venue?
The closest London Underground stations are Westminster and St James’ Park. See directions here.

06. Is there parking at the venue?
There is no parking onsite. There are several car parks within walking distance of the Centre but parking spaces are limited. Van and Car parking is available at the Q-Park Westminster, which is a 7-minute walk from the Centre.
07. Is there disabled parking?
Blue badge holders are permitted to park on the QEII Centre forecourt free of charge. Parking in this location is subject to availability so please call ahead on +44 20 7798 4000 to enquire.
Disabled passengers arriving by taxis or alternative vehicles may disembark on the forecourt.
The nearest Blue Badge disabled parking bay is located on Matthew Parker Street. Alternatively, a little further away, there are bays on Tothill Street and Old Queen Street. Please see Westminster Council’s website for further information.

08. Is the venue accessible?
There are lifts to all floors. If you have access requirements, please contact us at: fundscongress@dechert.com.
09. Can I book a meeting room?
There are no dedicated private meeting spaces, however there is plentiful space in the meeting zone on the second floor to take calls.
10. Can we share a pass?
Every attendee must be registered and have received a confirmation.
11. Can I forward my invitation to a colleague?
Please email fundscongress@dechert.com to make a registration request.
12. Can I register at the venue on the day?
No, walk-ins will not be accepted.
13. Is there a live stream?
Funds Congress is in-person only.
14. Will sessions be recorded and available post event?
No.
15. Is there a conference App?
No, however all event information will be available on this site.
16. Will there be a multi-faith room?
Please contact fundscongress@dechert.com if you will require a room for prayer.
17. Will there be a room for pregnant women and new mothers?
Please contact fundscongress@dechert.com if you will require a private room to rest or express milk.
18. I have dietary requirements. Which food options are available?
All breakfast and lunch items provided will be clearly labelled. Please speak to a member of the catering staff if you are unsure.
19. What networking opportunities will be available?
We encourage you to network during breaks and lunch, as well as during the post-conference drinks reception from 5:30pm.
20. What is the policy on social media sharing?
Join the conversation! We encourage you to tag all your social media updates about the event with #FundsCongress.
21. What is the policy on event photography?
Please be aware that photographers will be capturing images and footage of the event throughout the day. Some images or footage may be used in future promotional materials.
22. I have lost an item, where do I go?
For lost items, please report to the Funds Congress Queries Desk at the Ground Floor Registration area.
23. Can I get a certificate of attendance for CPD credits?
For those who require proof of attendance, please email the Funds Congress office at fundscongress@dechert.com.
