Erich Gerth, Chief Executive Officer, RBC BlueBay Asset Management
Erich leads RBC’s asset management business outside North America and serves on the boards of RBC GAM UK Ltd and BlueBay Asset Management, as well as RBC GAM’s and RBC Europe’s Executive Committees. RBC BlueBay is a global active manager across fixed income, equities, and alternatives, with over US$485bn in assets under management (31/12/2024). Erich joined BlueBay in 2012 as Global Head of Business Development and became CEO in 2017. Previously, he held senior global roles at Aviva Investors. He has over 35 years’ financial experience and holds MBAs from UCLA and the National University of Singapore.
